Report & White Paper Design
Highlighted Projects
This year, I had the opportunity to design the 2024 Impact Report (i.e. Annual Report). The organization hired external designers and copywriters to develop the previous year’s report, but the decision was made to keep it in-house this year. I collaborated on this directly with the copywriter. The goal was to create something meaningful and engaging, showcasing the work of both the company and the community. This was a fun project for me and something I am quite proud of.

PFAS White Paper
For this project, I was tasked with designing a white paper on the critical role of PFAS in medical devices and the potential impact of broad bans on these chemicals. Once the writer completed the copy, I formatted it into a visually appealing, reader-friendly layout. Turning content heavy documents into something more easily understandable is a rewarding challenge. My goal was to keep the design clean and straightforward, following brand guidelines to ensure consistency. We also had the goal of creating a design that could be templated for future white papers.
Legislative Impact Report
This report design tackled an information-heavy layout, with the primary goal of organizing content into easily digestible sections. I spent significant time selecting the most suitable images and created new icons to enhance the company’s icon library, all while maintaining brand consistency in line with company guidelines. To streamline the editing process, we used Adobe Acrobat’s online review tool, allowing collaborators to comment directly on the document. This approach eliminated the need for multiple PDF versions in email threads, addressing a long-standing challenge in our workflow.
